Job Description

Kent-Teach is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and dynamic Social Media Assistant to play an important role in managing Kent-Teach’s social channels - from Twitter and Facebook to YouTube and Instagram – as you inspire the current and next generation of teachers in Kent.

As our Social Media Assistant, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our social platforms, writing engaging copy, creating content and scheduling posts across our social platforms. You will be part of a team who create national trailblazer campaigns to promote teaching whilst engaging school kids, Uni students on our university roadshow, teachers and parents. You will very much be at the forefront of teacher recruitment and helping to secure the best school talent for Kent.

Additionally you will support our schools and academies with advertising their school vacancies, from social media advertising campaigns to Headteacher recruitment, and building bespoke microsites. 

Excellent communication and networking skills are important for this role, as well as a feel for what makes a good story that’ll create a real buzz. If this is you, get in touch!
