Kent County Council offers a counselling service called Support Line. Support Line can offer counselling sessions to help with difficulties such as:

  • Stress at work
  • Difficulties in your personal, work or family relationships
  • Problems arising from redundancy or changes at work
  • Loss or bereavement
  • Depression and anxiety
  • Problems you experience in groups at work or elsewhere
  • Alcohol and drug issues
  • Problems with money or debt

National Association of Headteachers provides a professional service exclusively for School Leaders, including Heads and Deputy Heads. They offer a stress counselling service via a 24hr helpline: 08705 234569.
