We want to ensure your job postings attract the best candidates – let us help!How it works:1) Email support@kent-teach.co.uk with your advert wording or link to your Kent-Teach advert.2) Kent-Teach will read and review the advert.3) Within 2 working days, you will receive your reviewed advert.If you are happy with the revised advert, we can even publish it on your behalf.Let us support you in finding the perfect fit for your school. By submitting your advert to us you are accepting these terms and conditions.Terms and Conditions1) Between the 1st May-31st July 2025, the advert review service is free to all Kent-Teach customers. Outside of this window, charges will apply for ADHOC customers.2) Schools will email support@kent-teach.co.uk with their advert wording or link to their Kent-Teach advert.3) On receipt of the advert wording, Kent-Teach will respond with the reviewed advert within 2 working days.4) By sending in your advert wording you are giving Kent-Teach permission to make edits and changes.5) Changes will need to be approved by the school before being published on Kent-Teach.6) Schools will have the option to publish revised changes themselves once they are received or will confirm to Kent-Teach the advert can be published.7) While every effort is made to proof-read and avoid errors within the revised advert wording, human error cannot always be avoided. School’s are advised to carefully read the revised advert before submitting approval for publication.8) Once approval is given by the school to publish, Kent-Teach is not liable and will not take any responsibility for any inaccuracies in information.9) While all recommendations made by Kent-Teach are done so with recent research, copywriting expertise and jobseeker insights, utilising this service does not guarantee that the advert will perform better than previously.10) Kent-Teach may make recommendations about the role’s pay, flexibility, person specification and start date. All of these suggestions are given to widen the pool of candidates for the role but decisions surrounding these suggestions are at the discretion of the school. Kent-Teach will not make any changes to these sections of the advert without specific instruction from the school.11) Reviewed advert copy is only permitted to be used on the Kent-Teach platform and the school website. Improved advert wording as a result of this service is not to be used on other recruitment platforms.12) Kent-Teach reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of Kent-Teach’s control. Any changes to the service will be notified to customers as soon as possible by the Kent-Teach.13) By submitting your advert to be reviewed, the school is agreeing to these terms and conditions.
