Happy New Year! 2018 has come and gone and we are looking forward to a new year which brings new challenges, opportunities and a fantastic new campaign to give-back to our Kent Teachers. A new year is also the perfect time to look back and reflect on the past 12 months, so we have been delving behind the scenes at Kent-Teach HQ, to find out which of our blogs were the most popular last year! Positive body language is an essential part of being an effective communicator, so if you want some tips on where you might be going wrong, then this reader-favourite blog is a must read.

2) 8 Benefits of Listening to Music 

Another firm favourite, with over 13,000 views, is this article from our very own Rebecca on how listening to music can dramatically improve your mental wellbeing and boost your physical health. Check out these 8 benefits showing why we should use music more and more in the classroom.

3) 6 Benefits of Getting Fresh Air

It may be pretty chilly right now, but regardless of the time of year, heading outside and getting some much needed fresh air really can help improve both your physical and mental wellbeing. So enjoy some time outdoors and don’t forget to have a look at these 6 reasons why you should be taking advantage of the glorious county of Kent.
