When job seekers view your vacancies they can also view your school profile information. On this page, new options are available to effectively promote your school and we recommend you take advantage of these new functions to encourage more applications! Firstly, your school profile page is now separated into 3 tabs: About Us, School Vacancies and Find Us. This clearer, concise and more effective layout makes it easier for job seekers to find relevant information and promotes all vacancies at your school. Additional functions have also been added for you to boost your school’s presence and appeal. We now offer a school banner option that we can design and upload for you at no additional cost (upon request). This banner will be personalised to your school and will appear at the top of the page (as shown in the test school image below). Your school colours will be included for a consistent and more effective look - contact the team for more information.Video is the other function we have included as it is one of the most effective mediums to convey a message; you can now upload your videos to your Kent-Teach profile page. The new video function allows job seekers to gain a real insight of your school and will help grab prospective candidates’ attention.Adding a school video will certainly help you to stand out: here is how you can upload one to your school account.
