Recruitment and Immigration NEW Training Course


This exciting new addition to our training calendar is an ideal opportunity for School Office Managers, HR Personnel and HR Managers  to obtain the knowledge to ensure your recruitment and vetting processes are robust and compliant with UKVI regulations and Ofsted. 

As part of the training we will cover immigration checks, including who can take up lawful employment, fraudulent documents, civil penalties, and making offers of employment. We will also cover additional pre-employment checks including Single Central Record, Certificates of Good Conduct, Prohibited Teachers List, and DBS checks.

Recruiting non-EU migrant workers may not be as complex as you initially thought, we’re here to support you along the way while ensuring your School or Academy is undertaking all the pre-employment right to work checks as well as essential recruitment steps. We will cover Certificates of Sponsorship including shortage occupations list, resident labour market test, and the assessment criteria introducing you to the legalities and requirements when recruiting from outside the EU.
