  1. Ensure the support and programmes are bespoke and happen in a variety of ways, either in class, in small groups or with parents.
  2. To monitor and  evaluate the impact of any interventions
  3. To facilitate the learning of pupils on the SEN register within the classroom

To maintain and update key documentation on SEN pupils.
