We are looking to appoint a higher level teaching assistant to join part of our school team to continue on our journey to success and help drive our mission forward, removing barriers for all and ensuring our children access the education they deserve.

As a HLTA, you will be expected to complement the professional work of teachers by taking responsibility for an agreed area of work under an agreed system of supervision.  This may involve planning, preparing and delivering learning activities for individuals/groups or short term for whole classes and monitoring students and assessing, recording and reporting on students’ achievement, progress and development.

All of staff receive 3 extra paid well-being days per year, an extensive CPD offer, amazing development opportunities and a chance to make a real difference in a supportive and happy environment.

The successful candidate must be qualified with the relevant Higher Level Teaching Assistant Status.

Interviews will take place throughout August.
