We are looking to employ 2 Graduate Tutors to work as part of a team to support our students in making progress, particularly in the areas of English, Mathematics and Science.    The Tutors will, under the guidance of the AVP Inclusion, implement flexible, measurable interventions that will support and accelerate the progress of targeted students.  You will have an oversight of either the Breakfast Club or the After School Club and may be required to work during the School Holidays to work on specific support programmes

If you are considering a career in teaching this position would provide you with an excellent opportunity to gain relevant experience and an insight into education providing you with an ideal platform to support moving into initial teacher training.

You should hold a good Degree and have an A level pass in either Maths, English or Science.  We will provide full training and support in delivering the programmes to students and you will be part of a very proactive, flexible and supportive team.  If you have the enthusiasm and desire to work in a forward thinking and innovative environment, Spires Academy would welcome your application
