We are looking to appoint additional members of staff to our Housekeeping and Catering Teams starting in September.

Our team of Catering Assistants as a whole are responsible for maintaining high standards of kitchen cleanliness as well as a high level catering service throughout the day.  High quality meals are provided at breakfast, lunch and dinner times with some formal dinner events throughout the year.  The role is mainly serving and clearing, ensuring all plates, cutlery and utensils are cleaned either by hand or dishwasher and generally supporting the chefs.  Some food preparation may also be required subject to experience.

This position also offers the opportunity for a dual role as we are also looking for someone to join our cleaning team.  Earlscliffe is a residential school and we provide high quality domestic services for our students' residential accommodation and the educational facilities seven days a week.

This vacancy is also advertised under Cleaning Assistant to provide maximum exposure.  We could appoint a Cleaner and a Kitchen Assistant or someone who could fulfil both roles.  Please specify in your application which vacancy and hours you are applying for.

Both Job Descriptions are attached to each advertised vacancy for convenience.
