Advert

From September 2020, we are looking to appoint an excellent class teacher to our friendly, family orientated school. Our school is in a beautiful setting and we work together with our community. Our children are motivated, engaging and a joy to teach.

We are looking for an enthusiastic full time teacher who has:

An engaging teaching style that inspires all types of learners, and fosters independence and confidence

High expectations of themselves and all pupils, and a track record of accelerating the progress of the children in their class

Effective behaviour management skills

Excellent communication skills, at all levels, with pupils, staff, parents and the wider community.

A good sense of humour and the drive to go that extra mile in order to develop and maintain outstanding practice.

We can offer you the opportunity to develop your career in a supportive environment and one which takes work/life balance seriously. As a team, we work together and moderate together closely, ensuring all children have equal opportunity to access our exciting, creative curriculum. Our recent successful OFSTED (Jan 2019) recognised our school’s many strengths. Experienced teachers and NQTs are welcome to apply.

Visits are obviously tricky at this time. Please do have a look at our website and get in touch. Please contact Suzanne Farr, on 01892 833919 or by email: headteacher@capel-tonbridge.kent.sch.uk to find out more.

The school is fully committed to the safeguarding of children, therefore all staff are subject to an enhanced check through the Disclosure and Barring Service along with all other relevant employment checks.

Closing date: Friday 5th June 2020.

Interview date: Friday 12th June 2020

Information about the school
