We seek to recruit an Attendance and Admissions Assistant to provide administrative and organisational support to the Attendance and Admissions Manager and to take a lead in Admissions of new students to the Academy.

The position is term time only  - 25 hours per week

Monday - Friday - 8.00 am - 1.00 pm..

Core responsibilities will involve:

  1. To provide administrative and organisational support to the Attendance and Admissions Manager.
  2. Liaise with parents / carers, staff in the Academy and external agencies as appropriate.
  3. Maintain accurate records in attendance and admissions.
  4. Organise and manage the new year 7 students Summer School.

Applicants will ideally have previous experience of working in an administration role in education. A working knowledge of Sims would be a real advantage, excellent communication skills and have the ability to plan, prioritise and manage your workload in an environment of conflicting demands.
