The successful candidate will be able to model strong classroom practice; be able to demonstrate effective interpersonal skills; have proven impact at leadership level; have had experience in curriculum review and development; have a firm understanding of documents such as Analyse School Performnce and the Inspection Data Summary Report.  Most importantly, we are looking for a leader whose primary concern is ensuring every child thrives at school.
