We are seeking to appoint an excellent Learning Support Assistant to support our children who are eager to learn and develop. The successful applicant will be dedicated to facilitating learning and have the ability to work with small groups of children to make rapid progress. You will be working with Good and Outstanding teachers who care passionately about the children in their care.

You should be an experienced teaching assistant with at least Level 3 qualifications in Learning Support or similar and be able to demonstrate the impact that they have had.

The ability to work as part of a team is essential as is flexibility as no two days are the same. We will provide you with opportunities to grow and develop your career alongside a dedicated team. Information about the school

We are a small, friendly, village primary school with 120 children taught in 6 classes. Our rural location just off the A28 between Ashford and Tenterden means we serve families from the village and the wider area. We have received a Good grading in our most recent Ofsted inspection (June 2023).

Our large site has extensive grounds, which includes a gardening area and large playing field.

We have a friendly, dedicated staff who work seamlessly together as a team, ensuring our children excel through a focus on quality first teaching and pastoral support.
