Astor College requires enthusiastic candidates with Mathematics and English to GCSE Grade C or equivalent (qualification certificates will need to be shown at interview).  Applicants should be confident in their ability to work with targeted individuals and small groups to provide intervention in Literacy and Numeracy.   

Kent Range 3 (£17,365 pro rata) 27.5 hours per week, 44 weeks per year (term time plus development days).  Annual leave is not to be taken during the term and will therefore be paid in addition to salary.  Pro rata equates to approximately £10,889.59 per annum inclusive of annual leave entitlement.
