Subject Leader for Business Studies

Required for August 2019

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, ambitious and dynamic Subject Leader for our excellent Business department to help continue the already high standards in this area and to realise new opportunities and challenges.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has the ability and passion to motivate and make business studies interesting and relevant to pupils. We require a person with the ambition to further their career in an exciting and dynamic environment. Westlands School is part of Swale Academies Trust and subject leaders have the support of network groups across the other schools. Our vision is to develop the curriculum to maximise pupil potential across Level 2 & 3 courses delivered to Years 9 to 13.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their track record in ensuring students make good progress
