Are you interested in sport? Are you determined to make a difference? Do you understand the importance of children reaching their full potential?

If you have answered YES to all these questions, then this could be the job for you!

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant, with a keen interest in sport, to work in our lovely village school.

This position is for 27 hours, 4 days a week, with a start date of September, 2019.

This Teaching Assistant position will have you on your feet from day one! As well as supporting learning in the morning, we are also looking for someone to enhance our sports curriculum, take a lead in unstructured time (break times) and manage our many sports teams. A keen interest to run your own after school clubs would also be key.

We are looking for someone who can further build on our current provision, widen participation across the school and promote healthy living.

Teaching Assistant experience would be desirable but is not essential. A willingness to work in a team and a flexible approach is essential alongside initiative and the ability to take ideas forward.
