Advert

Wouldham All Saints Church of England Primary School is on the hunt for an outstanding Deputy Headteacher to ensure we are outstanding in all areas. This position can only be filled by someone with proven success and experience at a leadership level. You must be able to evidence a positive impact in your current and previous roles with a real desire to become the leader of your own school within three years.

The school is housed within a brand new building and by September will have grown to two form entry. This time last year we only had just over 200 pupils and the rapid growth in the last twelve months reflects the success of the school in the local area.

This is an exciting time to join our amazing church school as we finish our transition into new structures, providing a wonderful opportunity for the right person to shine.

Apart from being an outstanding classroom practitioner with experience of leadership across the full primary age range you will be committed to providing better than excellent opportunities for children that put learning first. You will be dynamic, creative and full of energy and drive and totally passionate about making a positive difference to the children of our school.

The role will be massively challenging and so resilience and perseverance to realise a clear vision are also essential.

If you think you might be the best person for the position then please come and visit us to check that this is the place for you.
