SAT 4 £17,189 - £18,059 (£14,504.08 - £15,238.18 pro rata)

37 hours per week, term time only plus five staff development days.

8am - 4pm Monday-Thursday and 8am - 3.30pm Friday.

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic person with relevant experience and a high level of personal drive and energy, who will be able to contribute to improving the attendance of the students at The Whitstable School. You will be self-motivated, well organised and a good team worker.

You will take responsibility for the day to day systems and processes relating to the schools target to raise attendance levels of students.

The successful candidate will:

  • Good general education, including at least grade C

          GCSE English and maths (or equivalent).

  • Have the ability to work effectively with students and

          their parents/carers.

  • Have good literacy, numeracy and IT skills.
