Advert

Come and make a difference at Broadwater Down!  We are looking for an inspirational leader who will support pupils and staff in all aspects of school life. The post is for an Inclusion Manager (SENCo), who will oversee provision for vulnerable groups across the school, including those with SEN&D, EAL and those considered disadvantaged.

The candidate must be an 'outstanding' practitioner, with a solid understanding of the curriculum and matters pertaining to SEN&D. Experience of holding the role of SENCo would be an advantage, but candidates willing to complete the SENCo training in the first year would be considered.

The post is for a full-time Inclusion Manager, with a teaching commitment of 3 to 4 days a week.  This could be in KS1 or 2, depending on the candidate's strengths.  The post-holder would be an important part of the Senior Leadership Team and would therefore be expected to drive improvement across the school.

If you are able to start before September or would like to discuss the role, please call the headteacher for a chat.
