The successful applicant will be experienced in supporting the Manager of a Day Nursery and committed to offering an excellent service to all the children in your care.  You will work closely with the Nursery Manager in the day to day running of the Setting, both in the office and in the room environment providing support for the Staff and ensuring anything that requires attention is immediately actioned.

You will have excellent leadership skills with a strong focus on providing excellent care and ensuring all staff are delivering to their full potential and supported where required.  We are looking for somebody reliable and flexible.  You will have held/hold a Deputy Manager/room Supervisor post previously/presently or willing to learn on the job and have a good knowledge of the EYFS.

We are a Company looking to start a Forest School in the Kent area. The School will be outdoors all year through in all weather conditions.
