We are seeking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant with relevant experience. The successful candidate will be working mainly in a 3/4 classroom. Your hours of work will be 27.5 per week (term time only)

Small but Mighty!

St. Josephs is a small Catholic school in the growing village of Aylesham and is part of the Kent Catholic Schools Partnership multi-academy trust. The school has 5 classes, two of which remain as mixed year group, and the total number of classes growing to 6 from 2026/27.

We provide for the individual needs of the children in our care and expect high standards of achievement from all.

The successful candidate will be joining a very supportive and experienced team.
