Teaching Assistant – The Sixth Form

25 hours per week

To support the learning of students who have progressed from the Tydeman Centre into the Sixth form. Students have a range of speech, language and communication needs.

This is a temporary contract which will cease when the students leave the school.

Applicants will be expected to have the ability to support lessons and be able to work on a one to one and small group basis on personalised schemes of work. Previous experience of working with students with special needs would be an advantage and NVQ for Teaching Assistants desirable.
