The Governors are looking for an inspirational Headteacher who will guide the further development of our school with strategic vision. We have worked hard to become a ‘Good’ school, as recognised by Ofsted. We require a leader with the drive and enthusiasm to build on this success and the commitment to raise attainment and achievement for every child.

If you have: • excellent communication skills • a high degree of approachability • a fair and encouraging approach to staff management and development • proven drive and vision to build on the firm foundations the school has already laid
• current experience as a Headteacher, Deputy or Assistant Head; NPQH is desirable but not essential

We can offer: • a friendly and welcoming learning environment • a school that has overcome some challenging times to become a good school with the capacity for further improvement • the benefit of linked provisions with the onsite independent children’s centre and nursery • a school that recognises the importance of its role within the wider community • a strong, committed governing body and staff team • happy children who enjoy learning

Visits to the school are warmly welcomed.
