An opportunity is available for an experienced secretary/receptionist to work in our school office for 16 hours per week.

The successful applicant will be expected to have excellent secretarial ability and should demonstrate good interpersonal skills, providing a welcoming reception for parents, children and visitors. We are looking for someone who relates well to people and who will uphold the ethos of our school.

A good standard of general education is expected and applicants must be computer literate in Word, Excel and Publisher. We hope our new secretary will have the skills to help maintain our school website.

The main requirements for this post are to fulfil the role of Receptionist, to produce documents, correspondence, etc. of high quality and to undertake a range of administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the school. You will need to be able to work to deadlines, possess good organisational skills and use initiative.
