Grow the future of our large, oversubscribed school.
Graded good overall in our last Ofsted inspection, we need an experienced Headteacher (or exceptional Deputy Headteacher) to develop the following areas in our school:
• Engendering a culture of personalised learning for pupils and adults
• Empowering governors to challenge the school more effectively in pursuit of enhanced pupil progress across all phases
• To enable the growth and development of existing and future leaders
• To develop the learning environment to stimulate both the creative curriculum and enhanced pupil progress
In return we can offer dedicated staff, supportive parents and governors, and 594 happy and well-behaved children in good accommodation with extensive grounds.
The successful applicant will:
• Possess strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Be passionate about education and the future of our children
• Have proven managerial ability
