Are you a highly organised and proactive administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment?  Do you enjoy problem-solving and coordinating people.  If so, we would love to hear from you.

The Maplesden Noakes School is seeking an exceptional Cover Manager to lead the planning and coordination of staff cover arrangements across the school. You will also play a key role during examination periods, coordinating rooming arrangements in partnership with the Data & Exams Manager to ensure examinations run smoothly and in line with regulations.

Experience within a secondary school environment, working with a school MIS and leading a team would be advantageous but not essential.

The role is structured to ensure cover arrangements are fully prepared before the school day begins. As such, the start time is 7am. Finishing time is 1pm, hence hours are 30 per week, Monday to Friday, term time only.

Salary:  Currently £28,261.00 - £31,994.00 per annum – full time equivalent. As this position is term time only and part time, the actual salary equates to £19,884.22 - £22,510.73 per annum.  Please note that salary reviews take place each September and as such the salary range quoted above is subject to an increase at that time.

Further details about the role are available to view on the attached job description/person specification.
