Part-time Receptionist – Required for October 2026

Salary:  MNS Range 4

 Are you a friendly, organised and professional individual who enjoys working with people? We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Receptionist to join our administrative team on a part-time, term-time basis as part of a job-share arrangement. 

As first point of contact for visitors, parents, students and staff, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience while supporting the smooth running of the school reception.

Additional administrative hours may be available at various points of the year to support the admin team.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Friendly, professional and customer-focused
  • Organised, reliable and able to manage a varied workload
  • Confident using IT systems and carrying out administrative tasks
  • An effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently, use initiative and maintain a professional approach when managing multiple priorities
  • A positive team player

 Hours:  8.00am – 12.15pm, Monday to Friday

Salary:  Currently £24,562.00 - £24,878.00 per annum – full time equivalent. As this position is term time only and part time, the actual salary equates to £12,241.15 - £12,398.64 per annum.  Please note that salary reviews take place each September and as such the salary range quoted above is subject to an increase at that time following governor approval.
