We are looking to appoint a new Higher Level Teaching Assistant / Teacher Assistant to join our dedicated and experienced staff team. The role is to support learning within different classes across the school as cover as well as work alongside the class teacher and outside during our OPAL lunchtimes. 

The position is to start as soon as possible:

Full time: 38 weeks a year - term time only , 8.30 - 3.30 daily, 32.5 hours a week.

For the right candidate we are happy to discuss part time options.

Information about the school

Aldington Primary School is a single form entry school located in the expanding village of Aldington. We have 200 pupils taught across 7 classes; providing a engaging, adventurous, learning journey for children between the ages of 4 and 11 years.

We have an excellent team of enthusiastic and dedicated teachers, support staff and governors. We work closely with our parents and community to provide quality education and exciting learning opportunities.

The school site is a picturesque one with many outdoor learning opportunities, including our own Forest School area. We also access many of the local areas of natural beauty to enhance our children’s learning.
