We are seeking to recruit a flexible, friendly, motivated and organised person to provide HR administration support for our busy school in the heart of Sevenoaks.

The role would include:

  • Dealing with all aspects of recruitment
  • Processing new contracts, leavers and changes to contracts
  • Managing any staff absence insurance claims
  • Processing additional hours, unpaid leave and absence for the monthly payroll
  • Processing payments for our wraparound care

Strong IT skills and a high level of attention to detail are essential.

HR admin experience is preferred.

The position is for 12 hours per week which is flexible over 3 or 4 days (preferably mornings), term time only (38 weeks per year).

Salary is at Kent Scheme B FTE £26,822 - actual salary for 12 hours per week £7,421.14

Information about the school

Set on the edge of the beautiful Knole Park Estate in Sevenoaks, Lady Boswell’s Primary School has a strong sense of history, having been established in 1675. We are a Christian school which provides a safe and happy haven that allows every child to develop and learn in a kind and caring environment whilst achieving the highest academic standards.

Although established in 1675, our building is much newer, with the latest part completed around 2013.
