We are seeking an inspirational and strategic Assistant Principal (Inclusion) to join our ambitious and supportive leadership team on a full-time, permanent basis from September 2026.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, values-driven leader who is passionate about inclusion, SEND, safeguarding, and equity, and who is committed to ensuring that every student, regardless of need or background, can access a high-quality education and thrive.

The successful candidate will be a dynamic and reflective leader with a strong track record of impact in inclusion and SEND provision. You will lead on Special Educational Needs, safeguarding, attendance, behaviour support, and targeted interventions, ensuring that systems are robust, compliant, and highly effective in meeting the needs of all learners, including those with EHCPs, LAC, EAL, and other vulnerable groups.

You will champion a fully inclusive ethos across the academy, closing attainment gaps and removing barriers to learning through high-quality pastoral care, evidence-informed interventions, and strong multi-agency working. A key part of your role will be to develop staff expertise, ensuring teaching and support staff are confident and well-equipped to meet diverse learner needs.

Working within a forward-thinking Multi-Academy Trust, you will play a pivotal role in shaping an inclusive culture of high expectations, positive behaviour, and strong relationships. You will ensure safeguarding practice is exemplary and that all statutory requirements are met, while promoting student wellbeing, resilience, and independence.
