We currently have a vacancy for a part time kitchen assistant working each day from 11.30am to 2.00pm term time only.

12.5 hours per week, Term time only. Hourly rate £6.68

We are looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, is flexible in their approach to their work and who gains satisfaction in achieving high standards of work. You should also possess good communication skills, as there will be daily interaction with the staff and students and visitors to the college.

The duties are varied and will involve lunchtime service, food preparation, stocking up the dining room vending machines and cleaning of the kitchen areas. Previous experience would be an advantage but not essential as full training can be given. There will also be the opportunity to gain a formal Food Hygiene certificate.
