We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed class teacher to cover maternity leave. The post is for 2 days a week commencing October 1st 2010, working with the middle year class of approximately 24 pupils.

You need to have high expectations of all pupils with a commitment to raise standards through a creative approach and through teaching and learning.

Applications are welcome from both newly qualified and experienced teachers.

Water Meadows Primary School is a growing 1FE school on the outskirts of Canterbury.

In September 2020 Water Meadows was expanded with the opening of a new school building, which provides additional teaching space in the form of 4 brand new state of the art classrooms and a learning resource centre.

The school is a member of The Stour Academy Trust, a forwarding thinking Multi Academy Trust of primary schools that are transforming that way that children learn in order to better prepare them for the 21st century.
