The pupils will normally be on the roll of a mainstream school and, as a minimum, will be School Action Plus but may have a Statement of Special Educational Need.

The FISS objectives are • To empower and enable mainstream educators to fully support inclusion • To support mainstream staff in providing a differentiated curriculum and/or environment for the pupils with whom they work • To support the implementation of relevant and appropriate alternative teaching strategies and methods

You will understand the necessity for confidentiality in respect to information relating to staff, pupils and families and uphold this principle at all times.

Candidates will need to evidence a good standard of education with minimum qualifications of GCSE Grade B or above in Maths and English. An Administration or Secretarial qualification is highly desirable, as is previous administrative experience. Excellent IT skills are an essential requirement with confidence in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
