We are recruiting two Apprentice Administration Assistants to join our growing team providing a comprehensive administration service for our brand new school.  

The successful candidates will undertake a Level 3 Business Admin Apprenticeship, participating in a wide range of administrative tasks to meet the requirements of the course.  Our apprentices will be team players with good interpersonal skills, and effective communication skills both orally and in writing.  They will have excellent organisational and administrative skills including effective ICT skills, and have a willingness to commit to the apprenticeship programme. 

The Apprentice Admin Assistant will be expected to complete evidence demonstrating their knowledge, skills and behaviours linked to the role.  They will be provided with workshops, workbooks and remote sessions which will support their training and meet the requirements of off the job training. Applicants will ideally need to hold GCSE or equivalent Maths & English GCSE / Functional Skills Equivalent (Grade 4/C or Level 2), or be willing to work on Functional Skills to gain the necessary qualification.

There are two different roles as part of this apprenticeship; one will be an admin role providing support to the Office Manager and the Admin Team; the second will be supporting the IT Team in managing the Academy’s One:One devices.
