West Hill Primary Academy is looking to recruit a Casual Extended Services Assistant to help within their extended services provision.

The post will be a zero hours casual contract as and when needed. You will be paid the hourly rate of £11.44, full time equivalent £22,071. 

The successful candidate will be expected to:  

  • assist with providing a safe, caring and stimulating environment for children.
  • ensure that children, whilst in the extended services provision, have access to appropriate activities
  • to support their physical, emotional, social and intellectual development.
  • Provide a stimulating, happy and relaxing, fun atmosphere
  • Work as part of a team
  • Communicate effectively with pupils, parents and colleagues
  • Provide a healthy snack and assist where necessary
  • Interact with the children through activities
