Fortis Trust seeks to appoint an enthusiastic and qualified teacher of Information Technology. The successful candidate will be a trust employee and enjoy the benefits that this brings to teachers. The current vacancy is on the Bradfields site, but future opportunities working on other sites within the trust may be available in the future.

The Information Technology department is a developing energetic team that is constantly looking to develop. Qualifications are taught at a variety of levels from Entry Level to Level 3 qualifications. The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to teach at all these levels under the direction of the Subject Lead. Please see below for the exam boards and the levels currently being taught:

  • Board: WJEC Entry Level IT

    • Level 2(GCSE)
  • AQA Foundation Project (not IT specific)
    • Level 1
  • Control Technology (internally developed curriculum, similar to KS3 Computer Science introduction)
