Are you an experienced or aspiring Inclusion Leader, looking for an exciting new challenge?

Here at Cranbrook, we are looking for an Inclusion Leader to join our team from September 2024, as part of our leadership team. The role is part time (three days a week in school, plus 2 hours paperwork time which can be taken from home if preferred).

We are a small (but ambitious!) Church of England Primary School, ready to build on previous recent successes and continue our journey towards being an outstanding school. If you are an experienced or aspiring SENCO or Inclusion Leader with a passion for learning and a desire to improves outcomes for all, this could be the job for you!

We are looking for a candidate with energy and a passion for providing the best outcomes for their pupils, who has;

  • Proven track record as a successful teaching practitioner within a whole class setting.
  • Experience of successful leadership and management within a school or other educational setting.
  • Ability to provide professional leadership and management of a staff team and contribute to the work of other teams to secure high quality teaching, effective use of resources and improved standards of learning and achievement for all pupils across the school.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation.
  • Knowledge of the range and type of interventions available and be able to apply these appropriately in the context of the School's resources and the individual child.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
  • The ability to work in a way that promotes the safety and wellbeing of children and young people.
  • A passion for driving up standards and improving outcomes for all pupils;
  • A proven track record of outstanding practice;
  • High levels of organisation, proactivity and positivity.
