They will secure the continuity of Governing Body business and observe confidentiality at all times. They will discharge their accountability to governors through working on a day-to-day basis with the Chair and Committee Chairs to agree governance plans.

The role will also include subcommittee meetings, governor review panels, meetings of the Nursery directors, Principal Review Committee, and other governor meetings as required.
