We are looking for an enthusiastic and inspirational class teacher to begin in September 2024. Barnsole Primary School is a large 3-form entry school in Gillingham. Our school is spread across two sites and includes a nursery for 3-year olds. Barnsole Primary School is part of the Maritime Academy Trust, an innovative partnership of schools in Greenwich, Kent, Bexley & Medway.

Our recent successful Ofsted Inspection in February 2024 graded Barnsole as ‘Good’ which is a recognition of the all the hard work and commitment shown by the children, staff and wider community. Ofsted commented, ‘The school is a calm and orderly environment. Staff have high expectations and pupils behave well. The school aims for pupils to be resilient and have a lifelong curiosity about the world. There are high expectations for all pupils to do well.’
