Careers and PSHE Leader 

 

Term Time, part-time (4 days per week)  

26 hours per week over 4 days (see job profile for details) 

Permanent from September 2024 

Salary: currently £29,167-£32,170 FTE (actual £17,530 to £19,335) per annum, depending on experience 

 

We are seeking an inspirational, enthusiastic and forward-thinking Careers and PSHE Leader with a passion for and real interest in the provision of high-quality careers and guidance and PSHE, to support our exceptional students in their career aspirations and personal development.   

Join our friendly and committed staff 

You will take the lead responsibility and accountability for the delivery of our school’s programme of careers advice and guidance and the co-ordination of the PSHE programme.  You will work closely with Curriculum Directors, Form Tutors and our Wellbeing Team to ensure that careers provision and PSHE delivery is relevant to each year group and meets statutory requirements.
