Our wonderful children need teachers who believe that all children, no matter their background, deserve an exceptional education. As Assistant Head, you will support Teachers to deliver this.

St. Mary’s is a two-form entry Primary School with a fantastic staff and a wonderful site, including a well-resourced and brilliantly-led Forest School. Set on top of the East Cliff, and only moments from the beach, the School is a hub of learning and an inspirational place to work. As Assistant Head, you will help to support staff, encourage high levels of behaviour and develop subject leadership. You will need to be an outstanding Teacher who can be a model for the professional development of others in the school, as well as an aspiring Leader who can work with the Senior Leadership Team to continue the development of all aspects of the school.
