SIXTH FORM LEARNING SUPERVISOR

35 hours per week (term time only plus staff development days)

Kent Range 5: £19,733 - £20,707 pa (pro rata to fte £24,040 - £25,002 pa)

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and pro-active person to join our Sixth Form Team.  You will supervise sixth form students undertaking supplementary study, help monitor sixth form attendance and provide administrative support to the Sixth Form Manager as necessary.

You will need excellent interpersonal skills and be confident in managing a learning environment.  Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role although applicants with no experience but a clear willingness to learn the role quickly will also be considered.  

Highworth Grammar School is an over-subscribed 11 – 18, selective Girls’ school of 1534 students with 446 students in the sixth form (80 boys).  We are situated in the South East of England, with excellent transport links to both the rest of Kent and London. 

The school was judged to be Outstanding in all areas in June 2013.  In 2019 our A Level results placed us in top 25% of schools nationally.
