TEACHING ASSISTANT

We are seeking an enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and hard-working team. Experience of working with SEND children would be an advantage. This is a part time position (4 mornings a week Tuesday – Friday).

Excellent pupil-teacher relationships foster positive attitudes towards school and learning, which, in turn, make the whole process of Learning and Teaching much more enjoyable and productive. Weald CPS is a Character Education school, placing emphasis on cultural appreciation, emotional resilience and independence as important precursors to educational ability.
