Nexus Education Schools Trust are recruiting an Early Years Class Teacher for Joydens Wood Infant School to provide for the educational, spiritual, moral, social and cultural development for each individual child in their class and to support the overall development of the school.  We are looking for someone who can start in Summer 2 with the children in Reception who will then move up with the class to Year 1 in September.

We are seeking teachers who:

  • Have in-depth understanding of excellent teaching
  • Are reflective and keen to develop their practice
  • Are enthusiastic and highly motivated
  • Are committed to teamwork
  • Believe in developing the whole child
  • Are keen to use CPD to move their practice forward

 The successful candidate will be:-

  • Degree educated
  • Have QTS and have relevant primary experience
  • Self-motivated and an excellent communicator
