If you would like to join our teaching team we are confident that you will find this the most challenging but rewarding job you have ever undertaken.

Experience with SEN is not essential. What makes the difference at Bradstow is the professional and personal qualities, the values and behaviours of the people who are employed here, and what you, as an individual, can offer our young people to enable them to feel safe, unconditionally valued, and engaged.

You will be provided with an extended and ongoing package of induction and professional development. We believe that personal and professional development are essential in our specialised field and are at the core of the success of the school.

All teachers are fully trained and supported in Gentle Teaching, TEACCH, PROACT SCIP, PECS and other augmentative communication systems, as well as being provided with a wide range of other specialist skills. You will also be encouraged and supported to extend your skills and knowledge by undertaking further Degree and Diploma studies.
