TEACHER OF PE (Maternity cover) 0.4 FTE

We are looking to appoint an inspirational and dedicated Teacher of Physical Education. This teacher will join a busy, exciting and vibrant PE department in a high performing and supportive school. The person we are looking to appoint, will have the ability to motivate and inspire, as this is vital in this excellent department. This position will cover a period of maternity leave with start date in June or September 2024. The successful applicant will be able to teach PE across Key Stages 3 and 4.  The ability to teach at Key Stage 5 would also be an advantage, but not essential. This is a part-time position for 2 days a week (0.4 FTE).

We welcome applicants from both ECTs or experienced teachers who are passionate about the subject and want to broaden their experience in a dynamic and innovative department. There will be an expectation to support the PE department with a busy extra-curricular programme during and after school.
