Salary: NJC Grade D2 Points 04 - 11

£19,328.16 - £21,723.90 (Per Annum)

Hours: 37 Hours Per Week, Term Time Only

Warren Wood Primary Academy are recruiting for an excellent Attendance Officer.  If you have excellent administrative and organisational skills we would love to hear from you

Key Responsibities:

  • Monitor the attendance and punctuality of pupils
  • Ensure all relevant information is provided for staff to action as appropriate
  • Act as a representative of the academy
  • Work with external attendance agencies
  • Liaise with staff, parents and pupils as appropriate
  • Interpret information relating to attendance patterns and identify key areas of concern

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organisational skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and use initiative when required
  • Experience of working within an administrative role is desired
  • Able to work well under pressure
