Are you a positive, motivated person with lots of energy? Are you passionate about working with children? Are you looking for a role within a school office to support its' daily and financial organisation?

We are currently seeking a Finance Assistant to work within our school office team. The successful candidate will undertake a range of financial procedures as well as supporting with answering telephones queries and liaising with visitors.

This vacancy is for 16 hours per week, during term time (including inset days). Hours will be mutually agreed, but must include working Monday and Wednesday afternoons from 12pm – 4.30pm.

Information about the school

St Matthew's High Brooms Church of England Primary School, is a two-form entry Church of England primary school in a semi-urban area of Tunbridge Wells and Southborough. We have an extensive site and large outdoor areas.

At present there are approximately 360 children on roll. The school serves the community of High Brooms, St John's and Southborough.

We are a happy and lively school that places the children at the heart of everything that we do. Children benefit from many opportunities and take part in the excellent range of academic, physical and creative activities that we offer, both during and after school.

Our most recent Ofsted in July 2018 was graded good.
