Salary: KR9 – KR10 (£32,485 - £43,011) Dependant on Experience

Aletheia Academies Trust is seeking a dynamic individual to take on the role of People and Culture Manager, working alongside our Director of People and Culture to shape our People Strategy and support our 12 schools.

As a People and Culture Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our schools are compliant, well-supported, and efficient in their HR processes.

The Role:

As the People and Culture Manager, you'll be responsible for leading our HR Strategies across the Trust. This includes line managing two People and Culture Officers, overseeing HR administration, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process. You'll work closely with our schools to implement best practices and continuously improve our HR processes. Managing case work and offering comprehensive guidance on sound HR practices and employment law to our senior leaders.

Who We're Looking For:

We're seeking someone with great initiative, forward thinking, and a can-do attitude. Whether you're an experienced HR Adviser/Officer looking for the next step in your career or nearing completion of your CIPD Level 5 certification, we want to hear from you. 

Work Hours:

This is a full-time position, with 37 hours per week. Core hours are Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. However, we're flexible and open to adjusting hours based on individual preferences and needs. We would consider a Term Time only position for the right candidate.
